This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website restconnecthealth.com or engage with our health and wellness coaching services.RestConnect Health understands the importance of protecting individual privacy. We may collect Personal Data: Name, email, phone number, health history (if voluntarily provided). We may collect Payment Information: For paid services (processed securely via third-party providers like Stripe/PayPal).

We collect most of this information directly from you during an online intake form, or via newsletter signup or online enquiry via our website.  We only collect information that is needed for a specific purpose.  If you contact us to lodge an enquiry, we may keep a record of that contact.

   • Personalise your experience and provide coaching services

   • Processing payment for services or products you buy from us;

   • To protect the rights, property or personal safety of another RestConnect Health customer or any member of the public; or

   • If the assets and operations of the business are transferred to another party as a going concern.

If you provide your personal information to us, we will give you the choice to unsubscribe from any email service that delivers further information about special offers, promotions, and changes to our products and services.  If you indicate that you do not wish to receive these, we will not contact you further for these purposes.  Please allow 28 days for your request to be processed.

We do not sell your data. Limited sharing may occur with:

• Trusted third-party service providers (e.g., email marketing tools, payment processors).

• Legal authorities if required by law.

5. Your Access to Your Information

If at any time you want to know exactly what personal information we hold about you, you are welcome to access your record by emailing us at restconnecthealth@gmail.com. Your personal information file will usually be made available to you within 30 days of receipt of your request.

Your Request to Correct or Delete Your Information 

If at any time you wish to change personal information that is inaccurate or out of date, please contact us by emailing us at restconnecthealth@gmail.com and we will update this. If you wish to have your personal information deleted, please let us know in the same manner as referred to above, and we will take all reasonable steps to delete it unless we need to keep it for legal reasons (i.e. to avoid breaching the Public Records Act 1973)

RestConnect Health will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which we hold about you, and to keep this information accurate and up to date. Your electronic information is stored on a secure server that is protected in controlled facilities, and your hard copy information is stored in a locked filing cabinet.  We respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by RestConnect Health.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using restconnecthealth.com or our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide health and wellness coaching, not medical advice. Clients should consult healthcare professionals for medical concerns. Coaching outcomes vary by individual effort and commitment.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice incur a fee of 50% of the session cost. No-shows will be charged the full fee. Refunds for prepaid packages are available, minus a 10% administrative fee. Exceptions apply for medical emergencies with documentation, upon which a reschedule will be arranged.

4.Payments & Refunds

Payments must be made in full at end of the session. Ie. Full payment at the end of the Reset and Restore Initial Program. For the Life Revolution and Live Forward from Inflammation Programs, full payment for the entire program cost is due at the end of the first session. Late payments may incur fees or service suspension.
